• Booking in time to be arranged with Lynn.
  
• No smoking is allowed in the holiday flat.
  
• No pets are allowed.
  
• No children under 12 years of age please.

• All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of R100.00.
  
• In the event of a premature departure we are obligated to charge for the full extent of the stay that has been booked.
  
• No exceptions can be made unless we are able to re-let the flat.
